Welcome to FAMEHUB’S Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at app.famehub.in (the “Platform”), operated by FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 17/2, 1st Floor, Vijay Tower, Tank Street, Hosur – 635109 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “FAMEHUB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and operating under the brand name “FAMEHUB AI”.
FAMEHUB AI provides a technology-enabled platform offering training programs, skill development services, recruitment facilitation, assessments, and institutional collaboration for students, companies, and educational institutions (collectively, the “Services”).
For the purpose of these Terms, the term “Platform” shall mean the website app.famehub.in, including all its features, content, functionalities, and services. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any other policies or guidelines as may be made applicable. Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
These Terms are published in accordance with applicable Indian laws governing electronic records and digital platforms. A detailed compliance framework is set out separately under the applicable policies of the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to access or use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
“Applicable Laws” shall mean all applicable statutes, enactments, acts, rules, regulations, notifications, guidelines, circulars, and ordinances in force within the territory of India, including any amendments, re-enactments, or modifications thereof.

“Third Party(ies)” shall mean and refer to any individual or legal entity other than the Company and the User, including but not limited to companies, colleges, recruiters, service providers, or any external links, integrations, or entities interacting through or associated with the Platform.
“Services” shall mean and refer to all services made available by the Company through the Platform, including but not limited to training programs (online and offline), skill development services, coding and assessment programs, recruitment facilitation, interview support, institutional collaborations, and related offerings.
“Company” means FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited, including its Platform, affiliates, and permitted assigns.
“Platform” means the website located at app.famehub.in, including all its features, functionalities, content, and services, unless expressly stated otherwise.
“User” means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform, including students, companies, and educational institutions, and who is competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under Applicable Laws.
The headings of each section are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The Parties shall refer to the Company and the User together for the purpose of these Terms.
The use of this Website is solely governed by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies as updated on the Website from time to time. If you continue to access and use this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by all such applicable terms and policies.
You expressly agree and acknowledge that these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies, are co-terminus in nature and that expiry or termination of either one may lead to the termination of the other.
You unequivocally agree that these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies constitute a legally binding agreement between us and you. Your act of visiting or browsing any part of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the sole and exclusive right to amend or modify these Terms of Use without prior intimation. Any such amendments shall come into effect immediately upon publication. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Website.
Welcome to FAMEHUB AI (the “Platform”), owned and operated by FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”).
The Platform is a technology-enabled, software-as-a-service solution designed to facilitate skill development, technical training, assessment, recruitment enablement, and institutional collaboration. It connects multiple categories of users, including students, corporate entities, and educational institutions, for the purposes of training, evaluation, hiring, and related services.
The Company provides a structured digital interface through which Users may access information relating to training programs, participate in assessments, engage with recruitment opportunities, and interact with other Users of the Platform. Certain services may also be delivered offline or through hybrid modes, including instructor-led sessions, campus programs, and corporate training engagements.
The Platform functions primarily as a facilitator and enabler of interactions between Users and does not, unless expressly stated otherwise, act as an employer, recruiter, agent, or contracting party between Users. Any engagement, communication, or arrangement entered into between Users shall be undertaken at their sole discretion and responsibility.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the Platform or any of its features, functionalities, or Services, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Students may access training programs designed to enhance technical, coding, and employability skills. These include online and offline instructor-led training programs, coding practice modules and assessments, mock interviews, placement preparation support, and career-oriented skill development programs.
Certain programs may be conducted physically at the Company’s training centers or virtually through the Platform. The Company may also offer specialized programs for minors, which shall be subject to appropriate parental or guardian consent and supervision.
Corporate Users may utilize the Platform for recruitment and workforce development purposes, including posting job opportunities and internship requirements, accessing candidate profiles and assessment results where applicable, conducting interviews and recruitment processes, engaging the Company for customized training programs, and availing software-related or technical support services where applicable.
The Company’s role is limited to providing facilitation, infrastructure, and support services, and it does not guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or performance of any candidate.
Colleges and other educational institutions may engage with the Platform for campus recruitment drives, training programs for students, assessments, coding tests, evaluation programs, and placement preparation initiatives including mock interviews and skill assessments.
The Company may collaborate with such institutions for execution of these services; however, all final decisions relating to student participation, selection, or outcomes remain with the respective institutions and/or recruiting entities.
The Services made available on the Platform are dynamic and may be modified, expanded, limited, or discontinued by the Company from time to time. The Company does not warrant that any specific Service will be continuously available or error-free. The Platform is intended for business and professional use, and Users agree to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and Applicable Laws.
The Company does not guarantee employment, internships, or placement outcomes for students, hiring success or candidate suitability for companies, or specific performance, results, or outcomes from any training or assessment program. All outcomes arising from use of the Platform depend on external factors beyond the Company’s control.
The Platform, at present, does not facilitate or process payments through an integrated payment gateway. Any payments in relation to the Services are undertaken directly between relevant parties through offline or external banking channels. The Company shall not be responsible for disputes, failures, or issues arising from such transactions.
These Terms of Use are formulated in accordance with applicable provisions of Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, along with applicable rules, regulations, and amendments issued thereunder from time to time.
These Terms are published on the Platform to comply with legal requirements relating to electronic records, intermediary obligations, and user access to digital platforms. Users are advised to review these Terms carefully, along with other policies of the Platform, to understand their rights, obligations, and the legal framework governing use of the Services.
In order to access and fully avail the Services offered on the Platform, Users are required to register and create an account with the Company. Registration is mandatory for participation in training programs, assessments, recruitment processes, and other interactive features of the Platform.
At the time of registration, Users may be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, email address, password, and any additional academic, professional, or institutional details required for specific Services.
The User represents and warrants that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete, and undertakes to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Registration may be undertaken by different categories of Users, including students, companies, and educational institutions. Each category may be required to provide additional information relevant to the Services being availed.
The Platform may enable Users to register or log in through third-party authentication mechanisms, including email service providers such as Gmail. In such cases, the Company may access and collect certain basic profile information made available by such providers, in accordance with permissions granted by the User and the applicable third-party policies.
The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials. All activities carried out through a User’s account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by that User.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to comply with these obligations.
The Company reserves the right to verify information provided by the User at any time. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, it reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the User’s account without prior notice and without liability.
Access to core functionalities of the Platform, including training programs, assessments, and recruitment-related features, is restricted to registered Users. The Platform does not guarantee availability of Services to unregistered or guest users.
All information collected from Users during registration and use of the Platform shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By registering, the User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of such information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under Applicable Laws and are not disqualified from doing so. If acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
The Platform is primarily intended for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. However, certain limited services, including programs designed for minors, may be permitted strictly under the supervision and with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Where a minor accesses or uses the Platform, such access shall be deemed to have been undertaken with express parental or guardian consent and supervision, and all actions undertaken by the minor shall be deemed authorized by and binding upon such parent or legal guardian. The Company reserves the right to require verifiable parental or guardian consent at any time.
You agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all Applicable Laws, including laws relating to data protection, intellectual property, and use of digital platforms, in connection with your access to and use of the Platform.
You shall not access or use the Platform if you lack legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, are barred from using the Platform under Applicable Laws, or your use would violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of any breach of this clause.
The Platform hosts and makes available a combination of content created and owned by the Company and content generated, uploaded, or shared by Users and Third Parties. The Company operates as an intermediary platform with respect to User-generated and Third-Party Content and does not initiate, control, or endorse such Content.
Accordingly, the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, reliability, legality, or quality of such Content.
Users may upload, submit, or share Content on the Platform, including reviews, media, academic or professional information, job postings, and communications. By submitting such Content, the User represents and warrants that:
The User shall be solely responsible and liable for any Content submitted by them and for any consequences arising therefrom. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any objectionable or unlawful Content without prior notice.
Users shall not create, upload, post, transmit, or share any Content that is false, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or in violation of these Terms or Applicable Laws. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User found to be in violation of this clause.
By submitting Content on the Platform, the User grants to the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform and its Services, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising out of or in connection with reliance on any Content available on the Platform, any inaccuracies or omissions in such Content, or any interactions between Users based on such Content. Users are advised to independently verify information before relying on it.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes in connection with the Services. Any unauthorized use of the Content shall constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited currently does not facilitate, process, or collect payments through the Platform. The Platform functions solely as a technology interface for training, assessments, recruitment support, and institutional collaboration, and does not operate as a payment aggregator, intermediary, or escrow service.
All payments in relation to the Services are undertaken directly between the relevant parties through offline modes or external banking channels. The Company does not have visibility into, control over, or involvement in such transactions.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any issues arising out of such payments, including payment failures, delays, disputes, unauthorized transactions, refunds, or chargebacks. Users are advised to independently verify the authenticity and credentials of the counterparty before making any payments.
The Company does not store, process, or collect any financial information, including card details, banking credentials, or payment instrument information. Users are strictly advised not to share sensitive financial information on the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, and its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or resulting from any breach or non-performance of these Terms of Use.
You further agree to hold the Company harmless against any claims made by any third party arising out of your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of rights of others, your alleged improper conduct, and your conduct in connection with the Website. You agree to fully cooperate in indemnifying the Company at your own expense.
In no event shall we be liable to compensate you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from internet connectivity issues, incorrect information submitted by you, delays in communication, deficiencies or defects in Services, or failures in functioning of any other service provided by the Company.
The Website accepts no liability for any errors or omissions or for any damage caused to you, your belongings, or any third party resulting from use or misuse of the Platform or any Service provided by the Company through the Platform. The Service and any Content displayed are provided without guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to accuracy, suitability, completeness, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage, regardless of the form of action or basis of any claim. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to terminate your use of the Website.

You agree and acknowledge that you are a restricted user of this Platform and that you shall provide genuine credentials, maintain accurate information, protect account confidentiality, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You authorize the Platform to use, store, or otherwise process certain personal information and published content, responses, locations, comments, reviews, and ratings for personalization of Services, marketing, promotional purposes, and optimization of User-related options and Services.
You agree not to cut, copy, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate, post, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Platform without prior written permission.
You further undertake not to interfere with the Platform, impersonate others, breach security, violate Applicable Laws, post harmful or unlawful material, mislead other users, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt the services of the Platform or its providers.
You agree not to host, display, upload, update, publish, modify, transmit, or share any information that belongs to another person without right, is harmful to minors, infringes intellectual property, violates law, is obscene or defamatory, promotes unlawful conduct, or threatens public order, national integrity, or security.
Notwithstanding other legal remedies, we may in our sole discretion limit your access and/or activity by immediately removing your access credentials either temporarily or indefinitely, or suspend or terminate your association with the Platform without notice if you are in breach of these Terms, have provided inaccurate information, or if your actions may cause harm, damage, or loss to other Users or the Company.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its design, layout, architecture, software, source code, databases, user interfaces, training materials, assessments, course content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, and all other proprietary elements, are exclusively owned by or licensed to FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited.
The Platform may contain content, materials, or intellectual property belonging to Users or Third Parties. All rights in such Third-Party intellectual property remain with their respective owners. The Company does not claim ownership over such content and makes it available solely for facilitating the Services.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, exploit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any intellectual property available on the Platform, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, educational, or internal business purposes, as applicable to the Services availed.
Users acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Platform vest exclusively with the Company or its licensors and that unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including injunctive relief, damages, and account suspension or termination. These provisions shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
You agree that you are accessing the Platform at your sole risk and using your best and prudent judgment before availing of any features on the Platform or using any information displayed on it.
We do not guarantee that the features and content contained in the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Platform or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You expressly accept the associated risks involved with your use of the Platform.
The contents of this section shall survive even after termination or expiry of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond our control, including acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, fire, labor shortage or disputes, internet interruption, technical failure, hacking, piracy, cheating, or other illegal or unauthorized acts.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Tamil Nadu. Subject to arbitration provisions, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, India in respect of disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
If any dispute arises, the Parties shall first endeavor to settle it amicably. If not resolved within fifteen (15) days or such longer period as mutually agreed, either Party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat and venue shall be Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, India, and the language of proceedings shall be English.
The arbitral award shall be final and conclusive and may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction. Except for interim or preventive relief, no party shall commence or maintain a suit concerning a dispute until the dispute has been determined in accordance with the arbitration procedure provided herein.
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, read with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the complete and final contract between us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
Waiver: Failure at any time to require performance of any provision of these Terms shall not affect our right to enforce the same later. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any other breach.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law.
