This Payment Policy explains how payments relating to FameHub services are handled.
FAMEHUB AI Technologies Private Limited currently does not facilitate, process, or collect payments through the Platform located at app.famehub.in. The Platform functions solely as a technology interface for training, assessments, recruitment support, and institutional collaboration, and does not operate as a payment aggregator, intermediary, or escrow service.
All payments in relation to the Services offered through or in connection with the Platform, including but not limited to training fees, service charges, or any other consideration, are undertaken directly between the relevant parties through offline modes or external banking channels.
The Company does not have visibility into, control over, or involvement in such transactions.
Program fees may vary based on course, duration, delivery mode, and promotional offers. The applicable fee will be communicated during counselling or registration.
Fees must be paid according to the communicated schedule, which may include full payment, partial advance, installment plans, or approved EMI arrangements.
Your seat or batch allocation may be confirmed only after required payment is received and verified by FameHub.
Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, UPI, card, approved gateways, or other modes communicated by FameHub. However, the Platform itself does not currently host or process an integrated payment gateway.
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the specific course, batch status, and communication made at the time of admission. Administrative deductions or non-refundable components may apply where communicated.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any issues arising out of such payments, including but not limited to payment failures, delays, disputes, unauthorized transactions, refunds, or chargebacks.
In case of failed transactions, delayed processing, or pending installments, batch access, services, or certifications may be paused until dues are cleared.
The Company does not store, process, or collect any financial information through the Platform, including but not limited to credit card details, debit card details, banking credentials, or payment instrument information. Users are strictly advised not to share any sensitive financial information on the Platform.
Users are advised to exercise due diligence and independently verify the authenticity and credentials of the counterparty before making any payments. Any disputes arising out of payments shall be resolved directly between the concerned parties, without any recourse to the Company.
FameHub reserves the right to revise pricing for future batches or services. Revised fees will not retroactively apply to already confirmed enrollments unless explicitly stated.
The Company reserves the right to introduce payment gateway integrations or modify this Payment Policy at any time, and such changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
