The Company acts solely as an intermediary and service provider and does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including employment, placements, or performance improvements resulting from the use of the Platform or its Services.
All content made available on the Platform, including training materials, assessments, job postings, and user-generated content, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company does not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of such content and disclaims liability arising from reliance placed on the same by any User.
The Platform enables interactions between different categories of Users, including students, companies, and educational institutions. The Company does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any communications, engagements, hiring decisions, or arrangements entered into between such Users. Any such interactions are undertaken at the sole risk and discretion of the Users involved.
To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Laws, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or unauthorized access to User information.
